It can take NZ Post 2-7 business days to deliver a parcel to metro areas depending on where you reside, For rural areas, delivery can take up to 10 days. If you don't receive your satchel within this time frame then please use the "Submit an enquiry" feature in our help centre and select the form that says "Delivery Enquiry". Let us know the name and order number of your order and we will can post another one out to you. We will also extend the cut off time of your order to accommodate for the delay

If you don't want to wait for the new satchel to arrive however, you can also send the device to our reply paid address below. When posting it to the address it will pay for the standard shipping costs. However NZ Post will charge you for tracking as this is an added feature.
